Quorum of 16 not reached. Mr. Schultz bought CDs and world’s smallest quizlets. Newcomer introduced herself.
Acting Chair’s Update
Chair discussed affiliation with the LPO is set; we need to communicate the change to Oregon Secretary of State
Chair discussed that we are a Political Party PAC now; does the body agree to abide by the Bylaws?
By acclamation the body agreed to operate under the Multnomah Bylaws
Chair discussed how to help in Multnomah Libertarians - we will have leadership for

Chair discussed Critical roles to fill to operate as a PAC:
New Treasurer need
Acting chair fielded questions and concerns about the vacancy
M. Bird nominated Shira Newman as treasurer. H. Schultz seconded. Newman accepted the nomination.
All Multnomah Libertarians consented to have Shira Newman be the Acting Treasurer until Quorum
can be reached to form an official party.P. Serrato will follow up with making the changes to the banking, anedot and Oregon Secretary of State.
Orestar has been notified of the changes at the PAC and will assist.Per Bylaws, we would like to have Public Policy Officer role
P. Serrato mentioned potential interested individuals. M. Bird suggested forming a committee.
R. Rushford and M. Strauss were mentioned as members of the LPO Public Policy Board members.

Chair discussed 2023 Plans with the membership and the strategy of winning support in Multnomah County and opportunities for tabling.
A. Kallen updated us with the highly trafficked Libertarian Party table at Central Catholic High School
